The Clos Verlaine is a farm with two outbuildings build in 1922 with local red bricks .

Localised in the hart of the "Artois" (Arras land), she is placed in the down of the little village of Fampoux near the Scarpe river.

 At 5 Mn of motorway A1 and A26 and of "Fresnes les Montauban" toll gates, you access it easily from Paris, Arras, Lille, Reims or  Calais.

In the crossing of all this roads, she will seduce you by his calm and tranquillity.

Still used as farm four years ago, we made his acquisition in 2011.

In the centre of a family project, we first works on the renovation of the Guest rooms.

We have totally rethinking the arrangement of rooms to offer for each of them private toilet and bathroom with shower.

After a long brainstorming, we decided to totally remove the wall and create two new rooms :  big one for a family and the other one for two persons.

The decoration is the art of Anne. For the rest, it's , with an euphoric enthusiasm, that all together we went down to. 

The "Clos Verlaine" get his name from Fampoux's history. Paul VERLAINE, famous french poet, liked live in his grand mother's house situated in the extremity of this road.
